Here are a couple of Chest Voice Exercises that I mentioned in the Foundations training. There are 2 for males, and two for females, so make sure that you choose the appropriate one.
The thing to keep in mind with chest voice is that we want it to feel full and unapologetic. It should be solid, but not forced. Also, we don’t want our chest voice range to go super high, as it turns into yelling. So be mindful of that. Finally, these warm up tracks may go higher or lower than you feel comfortable, so be sure to pause if things stop feeling good, then come back in once the track returns to a range that you’re comfortable with. ALWAYS let your voice be your guide!
